Competitive salary
  • You will receive your salary in cash and (optional) reward in token based on your performance, contribution, and ranking.
  • Normally around 2 reviews/year or when your contribution is remarkable.
  • Up to 14th-month salary depending on your performance.
Flexible time
  • You will be working from Mon to Fri (normally from 09:30 with 1.5 hours of lunch break, or you could change it to your own needs, stand up at 10 a.m. to avoid traffic jams)

Flexible Location

Many days off

  • Every full month working, you will receive 1.5 days off in your pocket. 
  • If you do not use up the annual leaves, the remaining leaves will be converted into salary at the end of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Research markets, competitors and understand customer needs thoroughly..
  • Determine market opportunities, develop business cases, and define product vision and strategy.
  • Drive feature development from concept to launch and post-release experimentation.
  • Concentrate on user experience (UX) to ensure that solutions are engaging and well-accepted by customers.
  • Use data tracking to identify appropriate insights and observations.
  • Do backlog management, iteration planning.
  • Develop Product Requirements Document (PRD)
  • Break down scopes into small and releasable chunks (INVEST criteria)
  • Translate high-level features into wireframes, workflows, prototypes (Balsamiq, Figma, etc.)
  • Write and prioritize User Stories based on business impact, complexity
  • Collaboratively work with engineering teams to effectively deliver product functions with optimal resources.
  • Analyze data and user feedback/surveys to identify product issues, explore product opportunities and make necessary adjustments.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and get to a truthful understanding

Your Skills and Experience

  • Should have 1-3 years of experience in product management (B2C consumer product is preferable)
  • Experience working with wireframe tools and product documentation writing
  • Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web/mobile technologies

As a UI/UX designer at Bein

  1. You will have the opportunity to re-innovate the social network industry in the way people interact and communicate with each other.
  2. You will be responsible for designing the UI for our platform as well as involving in defining User Flow, polishing user interactions, etc. with the end goal to deliver the best possible User Experience to our users.
  3. Salary: Up to $2.000

Your typical daily work would include

  1. Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners, Engineers to design products from ideas to launch
  2. Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals
  3. Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience

Some basic requirements

  • Strong passion for UI/UX trends
  • Committed to user experience, a strong sense of user empathy
  • Good understanding of colors, typography, and layout
  • Proficiency in some of the design and prototype tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, etc.
  • Have a good understanding of UI/UX practices and guidelines for both mobile (Android, iOS, etc) and responsive web platforms
  • Critical thinking, self-study
  • Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels
